David T. Levine is Co-Founder, a member of the Board of Directors, and a major shareholder of the Red Stone Group of companies and all the affiliated Red Stone entities.   Mr. Levine has been involved in closing billions of dollars of real estate financings and transactions. Red Stone was originally formed in 2002 with capital provided by Prudential Real Estate Investors. In 2010, Red Stone became an independent company with access to various sources of capital and institutional investors.

Prior to Red Stone, Mr. Levine was a co-founder of CreditRe Mortgage Capital and CentRe Mortgage Capital. These two firms were affiliates of The Related Companies, where Mr. Levine was employed for 14 years, specializing in tax-exempt financing and affordable housing transactions. Mr. Levine completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University and received a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
