Red Stone’s core business centers around providing affordable housing developers with creative and efficient financing solutions to help improve and create more affordable housing communities nationwide. Given that our team members are dedicated to working towards this goal every day, the principals at Red Stone are proud that our team also strives to be a positive presence in our local communities. Our efforts to make a difference in NYC have taken the form of community service, scholarships, fundraisers and other impactful projects.

Red Stone Scholarship Fund: Queens College, City University of New York

Red Stone Scholarship Fund Recipient

Established in 2016, the Red Stone Scholarship Fund provides academic scholarships to high-needs students from low-income families that attend Queens College. Red Stone is proud to support our most recent Scholarship recipient, Giselle Lepiz. Gisele is a Sophomore this year and is currently enrolled in the Business and Liberal Arts (BALA) program with an outstanding GPA.

New York Cares Day:

New York Cares Day
Red Stone team members actively participate in New York Cares day 1-2 times a year as a team. New York Cares is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 that brings together volunteers from all over NYC to help improve the lives of other New Yorkers. New York Cares’ projects focus on fighting hunger, improving public spaces, and providing education to those who need it most. Other Projects

  • Red Stone is a proud supporter of the Greenpoint Spartans Youth Football Program based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
  • Red Stone is an active participant and sponsor of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (“WREAA”). WREAA serves as a vital link between the Real Estate and Urban Land Economics Program at the University of Wisconsin, current students of the program, alumni and friends of the program and the real estate industry. In addition to providing an effective networking forum, WREAA serves as an important fundraising arm of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Real Estate Program. www.wreaa.org
